What to Know Before You Board
To ensure the safety, comfort, and happiness of all pets in our care, High Halo Boarding Kennels has a few simple policies every pet owner must review before booking. This helps us provide the best possible care for your pets.
- Full payment for boarding is required before your pet checks out.
- High Halo accepts payment by cash or checks only.
- All guests must be in good health and must not have been exposed to any contagious or communicable illnesses within 30 days prior to check-in.
- Once your reservation is confirmed, please send us your pets records. Our fax number is (316) 794-3791, or you can email them to us at highhalokennels@cox.net.
- Give us a call for information about our policies on self-vaccinating.
- High Halo reserves the right to refuse admittance to any pet who:
- Lacks proof of required vaccinations
- Displays signs of untreated or potentially contagious conditions
- Demonstrates extremely aggressive behavior
- Upon check-in, your signature on the contract acknowledges your awareness and acceptance of our policies.
- Due to strict vaccination standards, we do not allow pets on tours.
- In the rare case of a medical emergency, we will contact you or your emergency contact immediately. If necessary, we will transport your pet to a local or emergency veterinarian and follow the recommended course of care. Owners are responsible for any veterinary costs incurred.
